    Happy Tuesday. Thanks for hosting!

This week I’m sharing three recipes: soup, salad and dessert. One of my favorite meal combos!

    (1) A radicchio salad with warm fennel and apple topped with fresh squeezed orange juice (SCD Friendly)

    (2) And roasted cauliflower soup with curry and coconut (Vegan, dairy free, gluten free, SCD, ACD).

    (3) Bottomless Key Lime Pie with Whipped Coconut Lemon Cream (dairy free gluten free, cane-sugar free, SCD)

    Have a great week!

    Be Well,
