Our two week T-tapp boot-camp came to a close Saturday. Here’s my final measurements, taken this morning, pre-workout.
Arm +.25 Yay, stronger arms!
Bust +1 I’m not complaining!
upper waist -.25
lower waist -1.5 Whoo hooooooooo! Wave goodbye to my trouble spot!
hips +.5 Yay! Again, I’m not complaining!
The funny thing is that despite the increase in some of those measurements, my clothing is fitting much better. I’m back into size Small shirts, and the increase in my hips is from my backside’s shape improving, so I’m not upset at all. No more flat butt!!
I do have to say I’m thrilled to see how much my arm strength has increased. I can lift my little boy again.
My love handles are almost gone and my lower stomach, the problem spot for most women with children, is continuing to shrink. My tummy isn’t loose, since I’ve been skin brushing as I’ve Tapped, so no baggy skin. Whoo hooo!
I have now switched to exercising every other day, continuing with the exact same work-out. I will continue for another few weeks, then switch to the Total Workout to help increase my strength further.
