I did day six today. I’ve been so busy with a family activity today that this is the first time I’ve had a chance to sit down and write out a post.
My soreness is gone except under my shoulder blades and in my lower stomach. This has started because I’m working to improve my posture, so I’m focusing on how I sit. I’m sitting in the curled pelvis and shoulders rolled back position in a straight-backed chair any time I’m sitting. I’m definitely feeling the difference in my lower stomach.
I’m not sure I’ll get a chance to post tomorrow. Have a good weekend and I’ll see you on Monday, when we launch our T-Tapp giveaway!
