I went to bed early last night, and I woke up about my normal time. I’m feeling much better. I did the BWO+ and two sets of OIP in thirty minutes. I’m much less sore than I was even yesterday, mostly now in my stomach thanks to doing OIP four times a day. I only get occasional twinges in my shoulders and thighs. I’m so glad to be over the hump and have that behind me!
I pulled the measuring tape across the spots I want to see reduced, and I’ve already seen as much as 3/4 of an inch reduction in my lower stomach. Other spots, I’ve lost 1/4 or 1/2 inch.
I bought my goal skirt yesterday. I found a knock-out deal on a skirt I really liked, so I went ahead and got it.
My biggest challenge right now is the amount of sitting that I do. I normally sit for several hours a day, between CTF and homeschool. I’ve broken that up by interspersing my chores through the day. Today, I’m going to do all of my chores in the morning and I’ll do individual T-Tapp moves through the afternoon. I do have the total work-out and I thought I might go through some of those moves. Especially the arms sequence, since that tends to be my weakest point.
So today I will do PBS and OIP at lunch, dinner and bedtime, plus the other moves as I can fit them in.
