On the CTF Facebook page, some questions have come up about T-Tapp.

I’m thinking about taking advantage of the TTAP special- but it doesn’t look like the same videos you are using. Are the dvds included in the special the same ones you are using?

I use the Basic Workout Plus video and Awesome Legs from the cellulite and skin brushing video.  Both are included in the T-Tapp package of KGB deals.  The only one I’m doing that isn’t in this package is Organs in Place, available on their website ( Awesome Legs is also there).  I have it on video because I own multiple videos, having done T-Tapp on and off since 2005.  She also has many individual moves on You Tube you can watch and try.

Today is day five of bootcamp for me.  I’m totally over my soreness now.  Whoo hoo!  I was able to do five reps of the moves that were harder for me.  When I started, I was only able to do three or four.

I’m no longer having problems falling asleep.  I have more energy through the day and I’m tired by 9 or 10pm.  I’m sleeping all night and waking up just before the alarm clock.  I’m no longer tired by dinner time but not able to sleep until 1am.

My appetite has improved.  I’m eating more and I’m hungry come meal time.  The family is surprised by how much food I’m eating.  It’s easier for me to be able to consume a wide variety of nutrient-dense foods in the amounts needed to meet my daily requirements. Yet I’m still loosing inches from my problem areas.

I’m craving kale and liver.  I’m out of chicken liver, so this weekend I’m buying some at the local store and making up a really big batch of easy pate and freezing it in batches to enjoy it through the week.  I’m going to make good use of it to squeeze more liver into my diet for snack.  I’ve been snacking on the coconut oil version of peppermint patties, similar to my peanut butter cups.  This weekend, I’ll make some bean fudge, too.

I’ve had issues with cold and stiff hands and feet for several years.  This is rapidly resolving.  I no longer need a hot shower in the mornings to warm me up, even in the summer.  After my short workout and skin brushing, I can take a cool shower and go about my day without cold hands.  My index finger isn’t locking up like it was, and I hope this continues to improve.

I couldn’t stretch my legs with my toes pointing down without leg cramps since 2006.  I had to stretch with my toes pointing up.  This morning, I stretched with my toes pointed with no pain or cramping.  That is definitely an improvement.

I’m reminded why I loved skin brushing so much.  It’s made my skin super-soft.

Jeff wishes to continue with bootcamp next week, so we will go until a week from today.

Disclaimer:  I receive a small commission if you purchase the KGB deal.  I have no financial connection or affiliation to T-Tapp or Teresa Tapp, I’m just a happy customer.

Sounds like it’s going great for you! I can’t wait to get mine.

I am not sure about the Organs in Place. Is this healthy? It doesn’t sound like something that could be good – moving the organs just to get a slimmer waistline. I admit my ignorance, though – can you help explain why this is okay?

As for the skin brushing – will a boar-bristle brush work okay? I can’t see a photo to know.

Nut Butter Cups – okay, that’s what I’m making today! Sounds yummy!

I do not have organs in place but it is not for slimming purposes it is to put your organs back into PROPER place. As we not excerising we are also not excerising and tightening what holds our organs in place so they get taken over by gravity and start to sit in our pelvis ontop of each other. Hope that helps. I need to go look at the website for the video I am sure the kids and I could use it after all our battles with constipation.

Lea, when you have lax muscles, your organs drop lower than they should. By doing the exercise, you’re tightening that muscle in order to hold them in their proper place. You lay on your back and lift your butt in the air to get the organs to shift upwards towards their proper location, then you do the exercises to help tighten down the muscles at the lowest portion of your torso, above your pubic bone.

The brushes are tampico. You can get them from any HFS for under $10.

  • We had peppered eggs and hash browns for dinner. I complained of eggshell in dinner because something was crunchy. It wasn't eggshell. It was a piece of the cast iron pan!
