Day eight is done. Yay! I will go until Friday or Saturday.
My plan for this week is to do BWO+ every morning with DH. Do OIP when I work out and also at lunch, dinner and bedtime. Do The Box (from BWO+) at dinner and do Awesome Legs in the morning and with the kids in the afternoon when they ask to do T-Tapp.
I am also skin brushing both my body and face to assist in moving the lymph.
