Many of you have asked questions about T-Tapp and expressed an interest in trying it out. The best way to try it out is to do a bootcamp. Bootcamp is where you do the workout for several days straight before moving to every other day. Depending on your current goals and fitness level, you can do the bootcamp for 4-14 days. It’s a jumpstart, and you can see some great results from it.
Jeff and I will begin bootcamp on Monday. I will blog about it daily, and include our inches lost. There is a thread on the forum for those who would like to join in. We will run the thread for three weeks. That would allow anyone to join who would like.
I apologize for starting it before some of you can receive your DVDs in the mail, but I have been called for jury duty so I don’t want to disappear in the middle of the bootcamp with no posts, no encouragement or anything else and leave you hanging.
