On Surfin’ Saturday, I share links from around the web. It’s not always food related and not always blogs. It’s anything I find inspiring or helpful for any part of life.
- Augie Augenstein recently posted on his Journal of Living Food and Healing about an ex- big pharma salesperson, Gwen Olsen, who has written a book exposing the big money and the severe side effects of the drugs she pushed for fifteen years. This is an excellent video worth the seven minutes it takes to watch it.
- Here’s a really interesting post on using trace minerals, bone broth and quality calcium supplements as part of an anti-cellulite program.
- Nutrition and Physical Regeneration has a blog post on the politics of scientific research. Interesting post, and it explains a good bit about research funding and how research (doesn’t) work. Highly recommended post if this isn’t an area you are familiar with. It will make you mad.
